President Nominates Twelve Officials

FEMA Admin, U.S. Marshal, judges and others

The president sent twelve nominations to the Senate on Monday. Nominees included Jeffrey Byard to be Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security and Robert Wallace to be Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife.

Other nominees included candidates for U.S. Marshal Peter Vito, Wilmer Ocasio, and Vincent DeMarco; candidates for U.S. District Judge Douglas Russell Cole, Charles Eskridge III, Kea Whetzal Riggs, William Shaw Stickman IV, Peter Vito, and Jennifer Philpott Wilson; candidate for U.S. Circuit Judge Peter Joseph Phipps; and candidate for U.S. attorney William Hyslop. The Senate will vote to approve the nominees.

As the Lord Leads, pray with us:
  • For wisdom for the Senate as they vote to approve the nominees.
  • For all the nominees as they prepare to take on their new positions.
  • For wisdom for President Trump as he regularly nominates personnel to fill open positions within his administration.
