New Pollution Regulations Could Be Underway
In an effort to both maintain quality air standards and assist the economy, President Donald Trump is calling for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to make changes. He has asked that they find a new process for monitoring air quality, one that holds to stricter deadlines and that also removes bureaucracy and cuts down on government red tape and regulations for factories.
A deeper investigation into causes of air pollution and cooperate contribution is being arranged. EPA Administrator, Scott Pruitt has been instructed by President Trump to find a means of better managing environmental protections regarding state-caused pollutants.
